Record the local action without rebuilding the warehouse workflow

Useful lightweight actions can include Received, Checked, Loaded, Inspected, Serviced, Complete, On Hold or Needs Attention. IndustryQR associates the permitted action with the scanned QR Record and authenticated user.

  • Starter supports standard actions, notes, acknowledgements and requirements by QR Type.
  • Growth can add photo evidence, acceptor details, anomaly visibility and tenant branding.

A location scan is not continuous item tracking.

IndustryQR records a point-in-time interaction with the QR Record. It does not continuously track stock, vehicles, workers or handling units, and a scanner location result is not proof of an item’s location.

IndustryQR does not calculate stock, allocate inventory, direct picking routes, manage orders, provide telematics or replace barcode and scanning infrastructure used by a WMS.

Can warehouse location QR labels be updated without reprinting?

Yes. The managed destination can change while the physical label remains in place, which is useful when instructions, forms, internal pages or system links move.

Can warehouse staff record receiving, inspection or loading actions?

Where authenticated scan actions are enabled, a user can record an allowed action, note, acknowledgement or Needs Attention status. Higher plan controls can add photo evidence and tenant-defined actions.

Does IndustryQR replace a WMS or inventory-control system?

No. IndustryQR can route people into a WMS or related system and retain lightweight QR, scan and action context, but it does not maintain stock balances, allocate inventory, optimise picks or provide real-time item tracking.
